Joining Period: 15–30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Computer (written & verbal) are mandatory.
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: Competitive and flexible, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and technical competency.
Experience:
◾ 3–5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure / Government Projects.
◾ Preparation of DPR Reports (Government Projects).
◾ Preparation of MPR (Monthly Progress Reports).
◾ Preparation of Method Statements / Methodology Notes.
◾ Preparation of Client Billing & RA Bills / Verification of Payments.
Technical Skills (Software & Code Practice): Excellent command over MS office (Word /Excel / PowerPoint), MS Project, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Plex Earth, R Programming, Engineering Standards, IITPAVE, Microsoft Suite, Familiarity with IRC and MORTH Standards for road and infrastructure design, Google Earth.
Job Responsibilities:
Highway Techniques, Pavement Analysis, Detailed Project Report (D.P.R.) Preparation, Inception Report Preparation, MPR, Billing Review, Preparation of Contractual Letter / Engineering Letters, BOQ Preparation / Rate Analysis etc.
Project Management & Administration:
◾ Project Scheduling Techniques
◾ Project Documentation Systems
◾ S-Curve Analysis & Productivity Tracking
◾ Review contractual letters and integrate planning implications
◾ Update weekly and monthly schedules
◾ Monitor project progress and identify delays
◾ Prepare SPC / Billing statements
◾ Conduct delay analysis and suggest mitigation strategies
◾ Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers
◾ Collect and verify site progress data
◾ Participate in progress review meetings
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
