Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process
- Meet hiring targets and deadlines
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic negotiation and convincing skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
