About the Role
Nodezet Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, be comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management, and possess a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate, manage, and convert leads.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Websites, Mobile Apps, Software Development, and Digital Solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
