Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accountant with 5+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of US GAAP, proficiency in QuickBooks, Concur, and Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close responsibilities including posting journal entries, preparing prepaid and accrual schedules, and payroll allocations.
- Knowledge of undeposited funds and intercompany transactions.
- Reconcile daily/monthly banking activity and resolve discrepancies.
- Post business transactions, process invoices, perform slip matching, and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Reconcile and post credit card transactions.
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports analyzing company spending.
- Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare month/year-end reporting packages, including for tax and incentive programs, 401(k) reporting, and census.
- Support tax and financial statement audit requests.
- Administer, review, and report travel and expense reimbursements using Concur.
- Monitor vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with payment terms and clauses.
- Lead vendor negotiations and assist with daily cash management and treasury functions.
- Support payroll processing and related benefits reporting.
- Manage corporate gas card program.
- Oversee inventory ordering and tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational needs.
- Accounts Payable and Purchasing experience
- Experience working with auditors / financial statement review liasion
Qualifications:
- Must have experience of 3 yrs in E-Commerce industry
- 3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Concur, and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of mental acuity and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bill Pay and Paychex is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong ethical standards and adherence to standard procedures.
Shift Timings : 3PM to 12AM
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
