We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Study Visa Counselor to join our Mumbai branch. This role involves guiding students through the complete study abroad process, with a strong focus on New Zealand, as well as Australia, Canada, and other destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study visa options based on their academic background and career aspirations
- Assist in course and university selection, eligibility assessments, and documentation
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission procedures and visa requirements
- Follow up with students to ensure smooth and timely application processing
- Effectively communicate with prospective students to retain and convert inquiries
- Guide and support junior team members
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and application progress

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Study Visa Counseling is mandatory
- Senior-level experience in handling study visa applications and counseling students independently
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa documentation processes, particularly for New Zealand
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and student-focused approach
