Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive for FindAuction.in.
The candidate will call interested property leads, explain bank auction property details, guide customers about inspection, documents, EMD and auction process, follow up with serious buyers, coordinate with the internal team, and update CRM properly.
This is not a hard sales job, but the candidate should be comfortable with customer handling, regular follow-ups, and soft sales conversion.
Responsibilities
- Call new and existing property leads
- Explain the bank auction process clearly
- Follow up with interested buyers
- Coordinate property inspection and document viewing
- Maintain proper CRM updates
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year telecalling / customer support experience
- Good Hindi communication required
- Basic English required
- Marathi preferred
- Real estate, banking, loan, insurance, finance, or property calling experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working from office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Mumbai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
