The Project Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects run efficiently by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support. You’ll work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams to keep deliverables on track, documents organized, and communication flowing smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for project teams.
Maintain excel sheet in day to day basis.
Calling support to the integrated team related to our new project.
Ask them their query and problems and resolve it to involving in technical team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, MS Project,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
