About Tutopia:Tutopia is an innovative EdTech platform focused on helping West Bengal Board students learn through modern and engaging digital education methods.
Role Description:We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and passionate candidates to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, scheduling demos, explaining Tutopia’s learning solutions, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to students/parents Follow up with interested leads regularly Schedule minimum 4–5 demos every day Explain Tutopia learning modules and benefits clearly Convert leads into paid enrollments Maintain daily reports and CRM updates Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements: Excellent communication and convincing skills Prior experience in EdTech/Inside Sales preferred Ability to work under sales targets and pressure Bengali communication preferred Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Graduation preferred
Work Timings:Tuesday to Sunday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM(Monday fixed weekly off)
