Position: Facility Head – Dishwashing
Location: Gurgaon
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and operations-focused Facility Head to oversee dishwashing and facility operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams, and a hands-on approach to operations, quality, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end facility operations, including production planning, shift management, and daily workflow execution.
- Supervise and optimize operations in a fast-paced environment while resolving operational challenges efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality and hygiene checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a workforce of 50+ employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Set team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to improve productivity and accountability.
- Develop and implement SOPs while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics such as labor costs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, hygiene standards, and legal compliance requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics/service providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality, food service, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Strong operational planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience leading large teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Additional Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Fluency in the local language is mandatory.(Hindi, English)
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long hours and handling operational activities.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts and extended hours when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
