Site Supervisor (Civil - Mivan Shuttering Exp) — G+35 RCC Residential Tower, Noida
Mitra Guha Builders is hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor with 7+ years of civil site execution experience on RCC high-rise residential buildings in Delhi NCR.
Structure / RCC
- Supervise shuttering, reinforcement and concreting on your floors
- Check line, level and verticality before a pour is allowed to start
- Control formwork repetition cycles, props and staging, and deshuttering timing against concrete strength
- Clear pre-pour checks — cover blocks, laps, spacing, cut-outs, sleeves and conduiting
- Supervise RMC pours: slump test, cube casting, pour sequence, compaction and curing
Finishing
- Block work, internal and external plaster, waterproofing
- Flooring and tiling, doors and windows, false ceiling, painting
- Trade sequencing, snagging and de-snagging before handover
Site management
- Run labour gangs and subcontractors against a daily target
- Daily progress, labour and material reporting
- Site measurement records that feed RA billing
- Material indenting and consumption control, including reconciliation of client-supplied RMC and steel
- Coordination with client and PMC engineers for inspections and pour permissions
- Site safety, housekeeping and dust-control compliance
You will fit if you have
- 7+ years of genuine site execution — design, drafting or billing-only experience will not be counted
- Ability to work from GFC drawings without being walked through them
- Real working knowledge of at least one formwork system
An advantage
- Aluminium formwork (Mivan) experience
- Towers of G+15 and above
- Exposure to both structure and finishing stages
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
