Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, antivirus software, and required applications on lab computers.
- Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, monitors), network connectivity (LAN/WAN), and peripheral issues (printers, projectors)
- Assist students and instructors with login issues, software applications, and basic network navigation during classes or open lab hours.
- Monitor lab sessions to ensure users adhere to lab rules, online usage policies, and safety protocols.
- Education: Associate's Degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems, basic networking concepts, and common educational/office software suites
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
