About the Role
Supplymint is looking for a Customer Success Manager who can effectively manage customer relationships, drive successful project execution, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a customer-centric approach. An MBA in Operations is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement activities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
- Work closely with the Tech team to communicate customer feedback, requirements, and enhancement requests.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct regular customer reviews, follow-ups, and status meetings.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and proactively drive resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, project updates, and action items.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Operations (Mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Coordination, Operations, Account Management, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic technical knowledge or understanding of software/SaaS products will be an added advantage.
- Experience working closely with technology or product teams.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools.
