Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technician Support – Traffic Management to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support traffic management systems at project sites. The candidate should be comfortable working on-site and ensuring smooth operation of traffic-related equipment while following all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission traffic management equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of traffic control devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and networking issues related to traffic management systems.
- Support the installation and maintenance of traffic signals, controllers, sensors, CCTV cameras, VMS (Variable Message Signs), speed detection systems, and other Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of installed systems.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and clients during installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures while working on-site.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and restore system functionality within the required timelines.
- Assist in system upgrades, software updates, and equipment replacement when required.
- Travel to different project locations as per business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in traffic management systems, electrical maintenance, or field technical support.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and electronic systems.
- Understanding of traffic signal systems and Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS).
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of CCTV, networking, controllers, sensors, and communication systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with traffic signal controllers and field devices.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP configuration, communication protocols).
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
