We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle sales and client relationships for our Trophy & Corporate Gifting business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients. Freshers with confidence and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and handle customer inquiries.
- Meet corporate clients and understand their gifting and trophy requirements.
- Suggest suitable trophy designs and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Negotiate and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, or similar platforms to prepare presentations, content, and creative ideas.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Relationship roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
