Job Summary
The Neighborhood Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's services within the local community, building relationships with residents, corporate organizations, schools, apartments, clinics, and other stakeholders to increase awareness, patient engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with residential communities, apartment associations, schools, colleges, and local businesses.
- Conduct regular visits to neighborhoods and community groups to promote hospital services.
- Organize awareness programs, health talks, and wellness initiatives.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Promote hospital specialties, doctors, health packages, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility in the assigned territory.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to generate new patient referrals.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and corporate entities.
- Track and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.
- Health Camps & Events
- Coordinate health camps, screening programs, and community events.
- Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and patient registration processes.
- Collect feedback from participants and submit reports.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Gather community feedback regarding healthcare needs and service expectations.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
