Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls and emails in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding services and processes
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve issues efficiently

UK Shift / US Shift (Monthly rotation)
Working Days:
5.5 days a week
