Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing authentic Indian dishes, ensure high food quality and hygiene standards, and support the Chef de Partie in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per menu and recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the work area.
- Support the senior chefs in inventory management and stock control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, techniques, and regional dishes.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
