About the Opportunity
We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Independent Sales Partners.
This is not an employment position initially. Instead, you'll work independently to help introduce Shinkly products to businesses and earn recurring commissions on every successful sale.
High-performing partners who demonstrate strong sales ability will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) role with a fixed monthly salary.

What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from Shinkly products.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
- Own the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Share customer feedback to help improve our products and sales process.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn SaaS sales.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Results-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling software or SaaS.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) products is a plus.
Compensation (Independent Partner Phase)
During the Independent Partner phase, you'll receive:
- 20% recurring commission on subscription revenue you generate for 1 year
- No cap on earnings.
- Real-time referral tracking
- Dedicated partner dashboard
- Access to sales materials and our partner platform.
You have up to 6 months to generate $400 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Path to Full-Time Employment
Partners who generate at least $400 MRR within 6 months become eligible to apply for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
Successful candidates who also clear our interview process will receive:
- ₹35,000/month fixed salary.

Partners who prefer to remain independent may continue earning recurring commissions through our partner program.
