Position - Assistant Manager (Design & Development)
Work Experience - 10 - 12 Years
Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering.
10-12 years' experience in design of mechanical equipment. Experience with rotating
machines will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in the use of CAD software like Auto CAD and Inventor.
Good knowledge of materials science and manufacturing technologies.
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, as well as creativity and innovation.
Able to work both independently and collectively.
Responsibilities:
Development and design of mechanical components and systems.
Creation of concepts, 3D models,2D drawings, Assembly and components drawing,
technical drawings, considering costs, quality, and manufacturing possibilities.
Supervision and monitoring of prototype production, as well as conducting tests and
trials.
Analyzing and solving technical problems as well as continuously improving existing
products.
Collaborating with internal departments such as production, purchasing, and quality
assurance, as well as with external partners and suppliers.
Documentation of development processes and results.
Able to Work with Global engineering team.
Preparation & Review of detailed engineering documents for packaging of
blowers/compressors, i.e., GAD, P & ID, QAP, BOM, Specifications, Manufacturing drawing etc.
Release & review of specification for bought out items.
Maintain & control design database.
Design and implement customer specific changes.
Maintain DCN & DCR database for any changes/modification.
Adhere to safety norms of company & perform safe act.
Able to support vendor inspections.
Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
