We are looking for a dedicated Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic life insurance team. This role will focus on building and enhancing our agency network, driving growth, and ensuring that our agents are well-supported and effectively trained to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain high-performing life insurance agents.
- Foster strong relationships with existing agents to enhance their productivity and engagement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure agents are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and compliance regulations.
- Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support agents in their sales efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to agents, helping them to navigate challenges and achieve their sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agency development within the life insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing agency networks.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulatory requirements.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM software.
