Overview:
Performance & Reporting Lead - Commercial Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an efficient service reporting framework

Work with Capability leads to define and maintain Operational KPIs (and maintain them in Metrics Catalog)

Lead Operational reporting governance

Define and manage the process of data collection, storing and reporting, including BI dashboards development

Provide key insights and analytics to Capability leaders, Consumer & Commercial leadership team on performance improvement opportunities .

Lead Value Realization / Productivity process of Commercial Sales

Enable delivery of Commercial value realization

Work with Capability teams in establishing clear process of tracking across Sectors at detailed level

Define methodology (Productivity, Cost Avoidance, Rev growth)

Implement common framework across ~100 + service offerings

Develop and implement process of value realization collection and reporting

Define automation opportunities
-
Lead executive reporting including Commercial SVP, Commercial VP, Sector requests (quarterly) / or any other LT reports related to performance

Lead Roadmap management including headcount reporting by capability / hub
Qualifications:
Engineering, Post Grad (Preffered)
