Key Responsibilities:
● Perform routine preventive maintenance on molds based on scheduled intervals or usage.
● Disassemble and inspect molds for wear, damage, or other issues affecting performance.
● Conduct repairs or refurbishments including polishing, welding, replacing components (ejector pins, springs, bushings, etc.).
● Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities, including work completed, parts replaced, and next maintenance schedule.
● Troubleshoot mold issues during production and collaborate with production teams for quick resolution.
● Ensure all molds are stored in proper condition with corrosion protection and clean surfaces.
● Work with the engineering/tooling team to document mold design changes or improvements.
● Ensure use of proper tools and follow safety procedures in all maintenance tasks.
● Maintain the mold storage area and maintenance workspace in an organized and clean condition.
● Assist in mold trials, validations, or new mold commissioning as needed.
● Keep inventory of critical spare parts and consumables and notify when stock is low.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
