- Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests, check reservations, and guide them to their assigned tables.
- Menu Knowledge: Guide guests through the menu, explain daily specials, and suggest appropriate food and beverage pairings.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly check on tables during the meal to ensure satisfaction with the food and service, and quickly resolve any issues.
- Pre-shift Briefings: Conduct daily meetings to inform staff of specials, VIP reservations, and daily service goals.
- Staff Management: Delegate tasks to junior servers and bussers, monitor staff grooming, and oversee overall section performance.
- Training: Onboard and mentor new waitstaff on the restaurant's culture, service standards, and POS (Point of Sale) operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
