Meta Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage campaign budgets, ROAS, CPA, and overall ad performance
- Create audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and copy
- Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Continuously test and optimize ads for better conversions and scaling
SEO Management
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, product pages, and blogs for search rankings
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using analytics tools
- Work on technical SEO basics including meta tags, URL structure, and indexing
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and SEO
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Experience in performance marketing for e-commerce/fashion brands preferred
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of conversion funnels and customer acquisition
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva or creative coordination
- Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI and growth
Pay: ₹14,075.04 - ₹50,000.00 per month
