Primary Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and activation of DLEs / DLTs across assigned villages/centres.
- Conduct training, handholding, and continuous mentoring of DLEs / DLTs to enable them to operate as independent rural entrepreneurs.
- Drive sales and service delivery through DLEs / DLTs, ensuring achievement of defined monthly sales targets and household outreach.
- Oversee implementation of projects and ensure delivery of KPIs through effective engagement and performance tracking of DLEs / DLTs.
- Coordinate and facilitate all DLE/DLT-related surveys, ensuring timely completion and submission as per defined processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders such as Sarpanch, ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, and community influencers to enhance program reach and credibility.
- Mobilize communities and create awareness to increase participation in programs, services, and product adoption.
- Identify relevant government schemes and align field-level strategies to improve service delivery, sales relevance, and beneficiary impact.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and coordination with central/program teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Social Work, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in rural sales, skilling programs, entrepreneurship development, or community-based project implementation.
- Strong understanding of rural ecosystems and community dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including entrepreneurs, community leaders, and internal teams.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data reporting tools, mobile-based applications).
