Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Tender Executive to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations. The role involves handling product listings, participating in government bids, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on the GeM portal.
- Upload, update, and optimize product catalogues.
- Identify, track, and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders.
- Prepare and submit quotations and bid documents within timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Process GeM orders from receipt to successful delivery.
- Respond to buyer queries and maintain professional communication with government departments.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, documentation, and tender requirements.
- Maintain records of bids, orders, invoices, and performance reports.
- Monitor bid opportunities and generate regular MIS reports.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience working on the GeM portal.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tendering.
- Familiarity with construction products such as Cement, Steel, Pipes, Construction Chemicals, Tools, and related materials.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
