We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, handling guest queries, maintaining service standards, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth dine-in operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with experience in hospitality or restaurant operations. Ability to handle guest satisfaction, manage shift activities, and maintain hygiene and service quality standards is essential.
