The Supply and Demand Planning Business Analyst leads functional analysis and optimization for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning, including demand planning and supply planning processes. This role works closely with planners, manufacturing, procurement, and inventory teams to improve forecast quality, balance supply and demand, support scenario modeling, and drive trusted planning outputs through strong process design, data quality controls, testing, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information technology or related.
- 5–7+ years of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning experience, including demand planning, supply planning, or related planning capabilities.
- Strong understanding of planning inputs such as calendars, organizations, hierarchies, sourcing rules, lead times, constraints, and planning measures.
- Experience supporting forecast accuracy, inventory balance, capacity considerations, and exception-based planning processes.
- Hands-on experience with data loads, planning data validation, and reporting using OTBI, SQL, and Oracle planning analytics.
- Ability to translate planning business needs into functional specifications, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
- Familiarity with Redwood pages, planning dashboards, and Oracle quarterly enhancements affecting planning users.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement skills in fast-paced supply chain environments.
- Comfortable working on mid shift or night shifts.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
