Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Solar Engineer with at least one year of experience to lead our site operations. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from the initial site survey to material dispatch and final installation—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Surveys: Conduct technical site assessments, feasibility studies, and shadow analysis.
- Project Execution: Oversee site mobilization, structural installation, and electrical commissioning.
- Logistics Tracking: Manage and track material dispatch to ensure timely delivery of project components at the site.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support and project updates from start to finish.
- Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and commissioning checklists.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Renewable Energy preferred.
- Proven experience in solar rooftop/ground-mount project execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and solar design software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
