Job Description:
As a Booking Executive, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the operations team
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and bookings across phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Maintain and update enquiry and booking records accurately
- Coordinate with internal operations for seamless guest experiences
- Support outreach and relationship building with hotels, corporates, and partners
- Assist in identifying new collaboration opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable interacting with diverse clients and partners
- Interest in hospitality and experiential tourism
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Goa’s hospitality scene is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
