Below is the job description for open position
Responsibilities:
Focus on RFID technology quality performances and methodologies for inlay, converting, and print/encode.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
Inspection, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
Should have Knowledge of problem-solving tool & techniques like, QRQC (Quick Response & Quality Control), 8D, Why-2 analysis.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing
Address customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. And work closely with the customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
To visit to Vendor’s and do follow the vendor qualification process, ensure vendor compliance.
To take lead in preparing, compiling and coordinating reports/working papers for presentation to the Management.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in Quality in Electronics or Manufacturing sector.
Know-how on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 & CQM parameters.
Strong communication & problem solving skills.
Fluent in English
