Key Responsibilities:
Secretarial & Compliance:
- Handle company incorporation and related compliance filings
- Process registrations, including Trademark, IEC, MSME, GST, and other statutory registrations
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and annual return compliances
- Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes
Client Handling & Advisory:
- Provide support to clients and resolve queries effectively
- Offer advisory services related to compliance and legal matters
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
Operational Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to compliance timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Qualified / Semi-qualified / CS drop-out with relevant practical experience
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI regulations, GST, and other laws
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude
