Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Printing & Packaging
Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi
Experience: 3–7 Years (Printing & Packaging Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the Printing & Packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, quotation follow-ups, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for printing and packaging products.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings across Delhi NCR.
- Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable printing and packaging solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Printing, Packaging, Labels, Cartons, Corrugated Boxes, or Commercial Printing preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate business independently.
- Target-driven and comfortable with field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
