Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 5–8 years in Sales & Marketing (Consumer Durables, Home Utilities, or Interior Products)
Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth in the Ahmedabad market and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance traditional field sales management with modern digital marketing oversight. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, expanding our dealer network, and enhancing our brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
- Define and execute annual sales targets and territory plans for Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
- Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the Field Sales and Telecalling teams.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide on-ground training to the sales force.
2. Channel & Network Expansion
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients (architects, builders, and interior designers).
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent stock movement and brand visibility.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and annual maintenance schemes.
3. Integrated Marketing Oversight
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns (BTL) including exhibitions, in-store branding, and local events.
- Collaborate with digital agencies or internal teams to manage social media, SEO, and lead generation via website.
- Analyze marketing ROI and adjust strategies to ensure a lower cost per acquisition.
4. Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to track competitor pricing, product launches, and consumer trends.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on sales metrics, pipeline health, and market share.
Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Ahmedabad retail or project sales market. Experience in home utility products like ladders, safe is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and B2B sales cycles.
- Strong command over Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Exceptional negotiation skills, a "hands-on" leadership style, and a deep understanding of local business culture in Gujarat.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
