Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives and telecallers for promoting Ayurveda and Panchakarma treatments, wellness programs, and healthcare products. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Train team members on Ayurveda, Panchakarma therapies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads through CRM and calling systems.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Therapy Departments for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Telesales.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Experience in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Wellness, Punch karma, Pharma, or Nutraceutical industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
