- 5 years above experience in plastic injection molding production.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and molds.
- Understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection methods.
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting.
