Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Analyze business workflows across CRM, ERP, middleware, APIs, and web applications.
- Work closely with developers during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and implementation.
- Perform gap analysis and evaluate technical impacts of business changes.
- Support UAT planning, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Help prioritize requirements based on business value and implementation effort.
- Maintain documentation throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst experience.
- Strong experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, SRS, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs
- System Integrations
- CRM/ERP Platforms
- Data Modelling
- Process Mapping
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate directly with engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or other CRM/ERP platforms.
- Swagger or Postman.
- Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io.
- Exposure to cloud-based applications.
- Experience with AI/LLM-enabled products.
- Experience in FinTech, Logistics, SaaS, Operations, or Solar domain.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
