The Role
We’re hiring an AI/ML Engineer who can build and ship real-world AI systems powered by LLMs, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.
This is not a “train models on Kaggle datasets” role. You’ll work closely with founders, product, engineering, and AI teams to design, build, and improve production-grade AI systems used by enterprises and government organizations.
You should already have hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic AI frameworks, tool-calling systems, memory architectures, or autonomous workflows — either professionally or through serious personal projects.
You’ll work on systems involving LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, reasoning loops, voice AI, and AI automation infrastructure.
If you enjoy moving fast, experimenting with frontier AI technologies, solving hard product problems, and shipping impactful AI products used by real customers, you’ll fit in well here.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or backend AI systems
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic AI workflows
- Strong understanding of: Tool calling, RAG architectures, Memory systems, Multi-agent orchestration, Autonomous workflows, Planning/reasoning loops
- Experience with frameworks/tools such as: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace
- Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, and prompt engineering
- Experience building APIs and backend systems using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, Docker, GPUs, or scalable AI infrastructure
- Ability to independently prototype and ship production-ready systems
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and engineering fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with product and business stakeholders
- Startup mindset, high ownership, fast execution, low ego
- Someone who can operate in ambiguity and still deliver
Good to Have
- Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or conversational AI systems
- Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise workflows
- Familiarity with evaluation pipelines, observability, or AI safety concepts
- Open-source contributions, research projects, hackathons, or side projects
- Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and AI-assisted development workflows
