Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sending inquiries to vendors for new site-related scopes

Placing low-complexity Purchase Orders, including prior discussion on the main commercial terms and preparation of PO draft , follow-up on the execution

Administrative tasks with respect to the relevant Purchase Orders (operations in ERP system, financial check, collecting documents for Purchase Orders, scanning and distribution, invoice management, etc.)

Managing vendor data (onboarding new vendors and updating the current ones) in corporate databases and ERP system, checking up and requesting qualification process for the concerned vendors

Providing input on site procurement activities for periodic reports

KPIs relevant procurement supervision and reporting process
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain an up-to-date supplier database. Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure competitive rates and favorable conditions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and support the development of effective sourcing strategies. Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or discrepancies to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met. Support continuous improvement in sourcing processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging supplier opportunities to optimize sourcing decisions. Maintain documentation and records related to supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.
