Purpose
To support the Founder & Creative Director in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative work across shoots, campaigns, styling, visual content, and content direction, ensuring all outputs stay aligned, elevated, and true to Basil Leaf.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the Founder’s creative thoughts, references, and visual instincts into clear direction for internal and external teams.
- Coordinate photo shoots, brand shoots, social media agency and content productions from planning through execution.
- Brief designers, photographers, stylists, MUAs, set teams, and agencies with clear creative direction.
- Ensure every output stays on-brand, refined, and aligned to Basil Leaf’s aesthetic.
- Support content planning for Instagram and other digital platforms with strong visual judgment.
- Manage timelines, coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day creative workflow so nothing gets missed.
- Assist in selecting imagery, styling direction, color direction, and layout sensibility that improve the final output.
- Work closely with the Founder to prepare shoot plans, call sheets, and execution flow for every project.

- Background in fashion, design, luxury, styling, branding, or visual communication.
- Strong aesthetic eye and instinct for detail, proportion, and taste.
- Able to understand abstract creative ideas quickly and translate them into action.
- Very organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Comfortable working across design, Instagram, and visual culture.
- Confident dealing with creative teams and following through on execution.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
