Operate Machinery: Run and monitor machines such as CNC, lathe, milling, drilling, or packaging equipment.
Setup & Calibration: Prepare machines before production, adjust settings, and calibrate tools for accuracy.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep machines in good working condition.
Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, wear protective gear, and ensure machines operate safely.
Documentation: Record production data, maintenance logs, and report any issues to supervisors.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational problems quickly to minimize downtime.
