Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for commercial printing, mono cartons, and rigid box packaging.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across industries such as FMCG, retail, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, gifting, electronics, and consumer brands.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing and packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in commercial printing, packaging, mono cartons, rigid boxes, labels, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the printing and packaging industry is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities

Pay: ₹12,526.49 - ₹60,000.00 per month
