About the Role
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals who want to gain real-world Business Development experience while working with a growing digital agency.
This is a Full-Time, Remote, Performance-Based Internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Important: This internship does not include a fixed stipend. It is performance-based. Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate outstanding performance may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and future paid opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status.
- Follow up with prospects professionally.
- Collaborate with the founder on business development activities.
- Submit daily work updates and maintain professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-disciplined and responsible.
- Laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Available for a Full-Time internship.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months.
