We are hiring a highly experienced professional who understands corporate funding structures, investor management, financial strategy, and business expansion models.
This position is strictly for serious professionals who can perform under high-responsibility corporate environments and contribute directly to company growth, fundraising, and financial execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead complete fundraising operations for new companies, startups, and expansion projects.
- Structure and manage debt funding, equity funding, venture capital coordination, and private investment channels.
- Prepare and manage financial projections, investor presentations, and business funding models.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, NBFCs, private lenders, and corporate funding partners.
- Understand company valuation, project financing, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business structuring.
- Supervise complete financial planning, budgeting, compliance coordination, and financial risk assessment.
- Develop long-term capital growth strategies for multiple projects under the Blackbull ecosystem.
- Handle negotiations with investors, institutions, and strategic business partners.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure execution of growth-oriented financial systems.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and management teams for structured corporate execution.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial and business transactions.
- Deliver performance-based results within defined business timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in corporate finance, fundraising, investment management, or project funding.
- Strong understanding of fund structuring, financial models, investment mechanisms, and corporate growth strategies.
- Experience handling startup funding, private investment, institutional finance, or large project funding is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and business decision-making capability.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-value financial operations professionally.
- Candidates with existing investor networks or funding connections will receive preference.
- Professional attitude, corporate discipline, and execution capability are mandatory.
