Job Summary :
We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling government tenders and creating GeM links on the GeM portal. The candidate should have knowledge of tender documentation, bidding processes, and coordination with internal teams for successful tender participation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end tendering activities on GeM and other government portals.
- Create and manage product/service links on the GeM portal.
- Upload catalogues, technical specifications, pricing, and compliance documents on GeM.
- Search and identify relevant tenders as per company products/services.
- Prepare tender documents, bids, and quotations.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and accounts teams for tender submissions.
- Maintain records of submitted and ongoing tenders.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
- Follow up for order processing, EMD, SD, and related documentation.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, tender rules, and government procurement procedures.
