Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursement records.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist in statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.
- Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
