About the Role
LearnNex is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential students and clients, promoting our training and internship programs, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective students and clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Explain LearnNex’s training, internship, and certification programs to interested candidates.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and relationship-building.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve business growth strategies.
Represent LearnNex professionally during online and offline promotional activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.

Salary: ₹13500 per month + Performance Incentives
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
