MyTSL CARE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (UK Accounts) to manage accounting operations for UK-based clients. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and statutory compliance, with hands-on experience using cloud accounting software.
This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios while meeting strict deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for UK clients.
- Prepare monthly and annual management accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Monitor cash flow and financial reporting.
UK Compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT Returns.
- Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK accounting standards.
- Support Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment processes.
- Assist with Companies House and HMRC compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and reporting deadlines.
Payroll & Accounts
- Process UK payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile payroll reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor aged debtors and creditors.
- Handle supplier and client account reconciliations.
Client Management
- Liaise with UK clients professionally.
- Respond to financial queries promptly.
- Prepare financial reports and management information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
- Support automation and AI adoption within finance operations.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent qualification (Qualified or Part Qualified preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UK Accounting.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting principles and compliance.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
