We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Incharge to oversee the maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG set, medical gas pipeline, fire safety systems, lifts, and civil works. Responsibilities include coordinating with AMC vendors, maintaining service records, ensuring statutory compliance, supervising maintenance staff, managing repair requests, and minimizing equipment downtime. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, with strong troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
