Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Medical
Representative (MR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have
experience working with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare software solutions
such as EMR/HIMS.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy field sales, healthcare networking,
doctor coordination, and are excited about working in the rapidly growing AI and
healthcare technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, approach, and engage doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare
organizations.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of the Tronix.AI platform.
Explain the benefits of AI-powered healthcare automation to prospective
clients.
Convert leads into long-term customers through consultative selling.
Doctor & Hospital Coordination
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and
healthcare decision-makers.
Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with healthcare
professionals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Act as a trusted point of contact between clients and the Tronix.AI team.
Client Onboarding & Support
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clinics and hospitals.
Coordinate with internal teams for implementation and customer success.
Assist clients in understanding product features and best practices.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain CRM records and regularly update sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Medical Representative (MR), Healthcare Sales,
EMR, HIMS, Hospital Software, or Healthcare SaaS sales.
Strong network and relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of healthcare technology solutions is preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
